and credit card to one of our merchant members. Please be on the alert of such scams.
Do not ship anything that is ordered by fax until you have confirmation from the credit card banks.
In other words, DO NOT take any credit card info by phone, fax or email.
These scammers like to act quick and expect you to ship quick. Don't fall for it.

What's New?
Now that everyone pratically owns a computer and buys online, customer service for merchants is not only
required relating to product info, shipping etc. but also in the area of facing clients that may not be familiar with
basic Internet Etiquette and Functuality. As the internet elite are now a thing of the past and Mass Market a reality.
One of these merchants improved their customer service in this area and received the
Great Customer Service Award from their Industry peers.
Looking at 2007 and 2008
So now we are in 2008, the Designer Fashion Forward Materials
from last year appear to have set the new sales records in this sector. How will it be for 2008?
Digital Photo Transfers
The local school here gave away a Sub-Transfers to all the grade 3 students to print it at home
with a home iron (w/parental supervision) on their favourite 50/50 (cotton/Poly) white t-shirt.
These full color transfers are not like the ones back in the 90', (Digital Heat Transfers run down).
These new transfers are die-sub. Yes, from the looks of it this new transfer type has improved a lot as far
as quality and may be on their way to be the first choice transfer type for large magazine inserts for example.
Will have more on this subject in 2008.

Paper Work
A Small Business involves dealing with paper work, secure buying and selling, business transactions etc.
this can cut into the actual time of creating and marketing the products. An alternative is to use
